Miles’s Second Christmas
On Saturday, my nephew, Miles Muir Barefoot, will be enjoying his second Christmas on this planet. At 19 months, he’s able to conceptualize a heck of a lot more than at 7 months. Unfortunately, it will be a few more years before he can understand part of his Christmas present: milesbarefoot.com. Don’t go there–there’s nothing to see. I’ll hold that for him until he wants to have an online presence there. If he doesn’t, he can sell it to some barefoot hiking enthusiast.
Some of my colleagues tell me that URLs are dead, and that people just search for everything, but I’m hedging my bets. I was reminded to pick up this URL by Natasha, who referenced this Flash site by a new father.
Speaking (or at least linking) of baby photos, check out this photo of my brother and I readying ourselves for a night of trick-or-treating. Apparently my dreams of being a superhero began early.
