Fallujah - The Movie

Via Being American in TO, here’s a seven-minute montage of photos and video collected by US soldiers and edited by one Combat Engineer-SPC Ronald Camp. It’s kind of a rock video, but well-edited and another first-person account of the Iraq invasion.

It’s made by and (I’d guess) for soldiers, so its tone is pretty celebratory. There are plenty of shots of tanks and other armored units in action, but no actual blood or death shown on either side. For a less antiseptic approach, check out Just Another Soldier. I was also going to cite MASCAL (which I wrote about here), a graphic description of a mortar attack written by an Army chaplain, but unfortunately the entry appears to be offline.
