Star Wars: The Musical

Is this new? Apparently. How did I miss this? It’s profoundly, incredibly weird. From The Movie Blog, we find Star Wars: The Musical. Here are some lyrics from The Droids of Tatooine:

It truly must be heard (MP3) to be believed. This trash compactor book number is pretty wicked, too. Here’s an animated video, too.

I’ve written about fan films before. So, you know, don’t quit your day job. That said, this would make a rocking Fringe show.

Didn’t get to watch the music video (don’t have that plugin at work), but Jake is really good. My friend James Hill (http://www.ukulelejames.com) does shows with him - James is also super good. His CDs are pretty kickass too - check out some of the demos on his website.
