For the Locals: Brazil vs. Croatia at the Rio Theatre

Most soccer-loving Vancouverites probably already know this (they’ve done very well on the press), but the Rio Theatre at Commercial and Broadway is showing 24 World Cup games over the next month.

On Tuesday, June 13, I’m going to head over the Rio to watch Brazil play Croatia at noon. If anybody wants to join me, feel free to come on down and, you know, cheer for either team. I’ll be wearing a gaudy Spain jersey that looks like this.
