I think we can all agree that making Apple Switch video satires is one meme that has jumped the shark (if that isn't a 21st century sentence, I don't know what is). That said, I only recently discovered the really class work at Smoking Monkey. Particularly funny are Zebadiah McDutt and Jesus Christ (note, highly-sensitive Amish and Christians need not click).
I admired their acting work and quality costumes, I must take issue with the quality of their background. Having done one of these things myself, I can speak to the difficulty of achieving a pure white background like the originals. I actually ended up doing it in 'post-production', exporting all of the video's frames to bitmaps, and then applying a macro I wrote in PhotoShop. |
